Yissum provides a number of important legal services for inventions or technologies developed by HU researchers that Yissum has evaluated and decided to pursue.
Yissum has retained the services of a full-time general counsel with extensive experience in intellectual property law, drafting complex commercial agreements and negotiating terms.
Our general counsel provides support to our IP Department, our technology marketing personnel and the HU researchers. Working when necessary with outside legal counsel, the general counsel is able to provide the full breadth of legal services required by Yissum.
