This year, as in years past, thousands visited Yissum's booth at the ILSI-Biomed 2009 Exhibition, the major annual event of Israel's biotech industry. At Yissum's traditional luncheon event, Jerusalem's Mayor, Nir Barkat, announced that NIS 100 million will be invested in the development of the capital's biomedical industry over the next five years in order to boost the city's health and life sciences business clusters.
