Examples:
License
In this agreement our industrial partner receives a license to use Hebrew University’s Intellectual Property (IP) or Know How in exchange for financial consideration. There are a variety of different agreements.
Examples:
Spin-off
In this strategy a license is granted by Yissum to a new startup company, established to advance the technology towards product development.
The company is based on the technology of the Hebrew University. Many spin-offs become independent companies with highly successful products, trade on public markets, or are acquired by Multinational Corporation or Company.
